Viasat - Worst customer service ever
worst customer service i asked for a supervisor and she said she was proud that they score a 1.2 star out of five stars my service has been down 2 days already the person they had me call to get repair never called back or answered thee phone, has no voice mail. worse service and customer service ever if i could get them a negitive score i would.
this has been the worse service i have ever seen, i have talked to them 3x's for over 2 hours now so they could tell me i have to call back in 5 days to set an appointment, why can't they do it now? this is one of the worse companies i have ever seen.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
Preferred solution: ive loss over 200 dollars a day because of no service there is a big communucation issue between there service techs and call center, i told them last year when i had issues the tech they told me to call told me that he only services it the 1st 60 days .
Viasat Cons: Customer service.
