I will echo what others say: run and run fast as you can! Total waste of money and their service does not work any where near advertised speed. Taking the time to complain, you might as well be talking to a 2 year old about satellite. We had viasat for 5 months. They raised our bill from $60 to $90 a month.

And we wasn't getting the speed we was paying for. So we had them to cut the service off. And they said we would have to pay $350. We said no we wasn't because we wasn't getting the speeds.

They tried to pull the money out of our bank. We put a block on that. We still have the equipment.

We told them when we receive a letter from them stating that we don't owe no $350.00 we will mail their equipment to them. It's been over a year still no letter and we still have the equipment.

Viasat takes advantage of the customer's vulnerability! Told me there was no contract and when I called dissatisfied with the connection they changed the story to 2 years. This service is really bad!

Hasnt even been 30 days, got to watch 1 movie and it buffered the whole time, then said i was out of data 10 days after signup. Company will NOT work with you to resolve issues! Basically told me too bad, you are under a 2 year contract. I intend to take legal action.

Do not fall victim to their misleading to the point of being fraudulent advertising. They are not better than "slow DSL" as their TV ads claim. They are not "super fast" for everyone as their ads claim. True they do have satisfied customers, but they are very rare....

I agree with the law suit! I have had them for about 4 months, in that 4 months time I think I might of had 2 months of service.

My debit card got scammed which might of been a blessing. Now they want my billing info. I told them I'm not paying for service I'm not getting. In order for them to send a Tech out again they have to have my billing info.

Since I have already had a Tech come out and it didn't help I guess I'm not getting another joker out here. ViaSat sucks!!!
