I spoke with Gabrielle id#3108937 and he refused to help me. He continued to say you have to pay for 2 months even if we disconnect you.

i have had services for 3 weeks now. They service is horrible my children can not do their homework with out the internet going in and out.

We can not look at Netflix if some one else in the house in on the computer. When I spoke to the disconnect services they were very rude to me and told me there were not cutting service off unless i pay for 22 months up front or they will report it on my credit.

Know one should be treated this way when they are paying their hard earned money for something they can not use. If anyone is out there reading this DO NOT CHOOSE VIASET FOR YOUR INTERNET SERVICE THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: disconnect my service with out charging me for 22 months beause i have only been with the service for 3 weeks.

Viasat Cons: Bad service, Bad customer service.
