After a string of stupid questions they said I'm in a congested area and many people are online so the service is slow. Before I could get any solutions the service rep hung up.
There was a survey when he disconnected If I could rate them at less than zero I would have. ViaSat internet service sucks, on a good day it is terribly slow. In a rainy day it is non existent. They dont care about there customer base and I guess that in most places there the only game in town.
Normally I dont like Government oversite on anything but ViaSat should be monitored by some Federal or State Agency. They seem to have a license to steal.
