Made a partial payment of $40.85 on April 27th the very next day I had a bill for $80 and they suspended my service which they had agreed not to interrupt my service I was making a full payment on May 4th which was the following Friday they did not honor their agreement and their customer service sucks the rudest people I've ever spoke with if you ask to speak to a supervisor they won't let allow you to and they will actually give you their opinion some more yeah this internet service sucks bad

Yes viasat sucks BIG TIME! Your customer service is awful.

When you call them and tell them about your download and upload speeds aren’t doing what we were told they just say to get a bigger package.

WHAT a joke especially since my husband has training in all of this and knows what he is talking about. DONT GO WITH THEM THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY!


They refused a supervisor to me also! One person telling me I owe $78 and the next $117. Terrible service!
