Worst service I have ever had and I am in my 50s. Would not recommend.
Have contacted them after being on hold 45+min and nothing changed.
Have tried to contact again however could not hold for up to 1 hr. Service goes in and out through out the day. Long buffering times. Was told monthly fee would be $60 and fee went up to $80.
I feel there is nothing I can about this and I am stuck for another 18 months of this horrible experience. I was not given a paper contract to sign and did not realize I have no rights or recourse for bad service.
I realize this is my fault and not sure if anything can be done. Thanks
