First of All Thjey DO NOT TELL YOU THEY PRE-CHARGE YOUR ACCONT THREE DAYS AFTER INSTALLATION!! THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY CREDIT TO GET SET UP!!!!

UPON CANELLING DUE TO THEIR......SHADYNESS....THEY HAVE TO TAKE A PIECE OF THEIR EQUIPMENT OFF TO SEND WITH MODEM AND POWERCORD! WELL....THIS IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY " SHADY" AFTER THEY REMOVED THEIR "TRIA" PIECE ….GUESS WHAT? PRIOR TO THEIR LEAVING....THEY TOOK A PICTURE OF OUR HOUSE?????

WTF FOR?????!!!!!!....I CALLED AND AS USUAL POOR CUSTOMER SERVIVE WITH SCRIPTED BS!!!!!....I CALLED THEM ALSO INFORMED THEM IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO US, OUR PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT FROM OUR NEW PROVIDER...WE WILL PRESS CHARGES ON THEM,, " VIASAT" WHO USED TO BE " EXCEED" !!! BUYER BEWARE ...SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY TITLE!!!!
