I never have had a good connection; it's very slow, and for the price you've raised me, I am looking for another company. But for now, I have no internet connection. Why?

They are not truthful, ethical, and are just an opportunistic one sided story, they bill you as they choose, they don't follow the FCC or the US govt rules and they just now tried to bill me for service from two years ago. They think I can't prove what I paid.
Let's go to court class action needs to start on these bad actors. It's the bully trying to find sneaky ways to see if you will roll over don't do call the BBB the division of aging and call the Attny Gen in your state. I know they don't believe one person can make this right but one person can get the ball rolling. Call your state representative.
They're actually resorting to pulling up old accounts to see what can be squeezed from cancelled customers months even years ago. This is just open and blatant thumbing their nose at the consumers and how they conduct business I think they need investigate and a class action lawsuit started just my opinion on what I know they did during pandemic and when my service was off for that long they still waited and the first check I got they hit it took it all after not having money to even eat on for weeks, I lost a lot of weight only eating one pack it ramen noodles so they could scrape out my bank account. They didn't care so I closed the account and I paid each month with prepaid, no card on file, I was a customer from 2016 to 2022 they didn't care and they were very pissy on the phone too.
Not to mention the 3rd rate service at high rate prices they went down hill when they sold through the last two names it was blue something then exede then viasat. They're desperate and it's showing.

I tried to cancel my service today and was told even though I dont have the modem anymore they were going to charge me to the end of the month. They refused to cancel my service and refund my monthly payment.

Ok you shut it off for non payment. I was paying yet internet was out for 5 months.
I had to call bank and cancel auto payment cause I had no signal. Then did call 1time, you said signal was working. Not on my end it wasn't. Then met a guy and he turned my phone off without my knowledge.

I cancelled their service and they want me to pay $165 early cancellation fee plus an additional $93 for service. This is a scam when youre forced to pay for service that never worked.

- Roof-dish removal and a $95 pickup are required; I will not pay.
I canceled viasat they told me I had to wait until end of billing cycle. They would send me a box to put equipment into still hasn't come.
They send me a email saying I need to send yet they don't send me a box? They say I have to get a piece of equipment on the dish on the roof im 62yrs old. They said I can pay $95 and someone will come get the dish equipment I will not pay. I told them if I fall it will be on tgere responsibilty for the medical payment.
I also didn't put the dish on roof Viasat installer did not meet. Very poor company and they cost a fortune for internet DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE STAY AWAY !!!

I was overcharged, then canceled the service, and they said the service couldn't be canceled the way I canceled, which was by sending an email, which the site tells you to do, or to call. They don't read the emails. I was on hold for over an hour and still will not refund.

- They also charge $50 monthly for the remaining contract.
They came to the house and hooked it up, and it kept cutting off frequently, like all day, every day. So we called them, and they said, 'Oh, you need a service call, and for a service call, that'll be $95.' No, we want to cancel.
'Oh, well, we're gonna charge you $50 every month for the remaining amount of months you signed a contract for.' They are scammers.
We're having to pay $150 to get out of the contract because their service is awful, and my son can't even do his gaming. Never again!

So I'll add some information about the costumer service how they lia... When I spoke with one of the viaset representative, I asked, do you have some email where I can send the issue about your service? Then he provided an email: corporatecare2@***.com
Then I sent a massage to them and i just got a massage from Yahoo, it says that this email not exist...

I have moved and I need the satellite disconnected. Its not ever being pissed off. I no longer live there and I would like to talk to a representative.
While Viasat provides a good product, the support group hasn't a clue to what anyone else is doing. To get a problem solved, is an exercise in futility.
- Plan changed to 720gb.
- Two months of emails about antenna and modem issues.
- After many calls, it might be fixed, but not sure.
I recently changed my plan from Gigabytes to 720gb.For the next two months I was bombarded with emails and texts about how I needed to have my antennae realigned, my modem replaced, and the need to return my equipment because I terminated my service. After two months and six or seven calls to Viasat, I actually think I may have straighten it out, finally I hope.
But we shall see.

No I had Viasat from December 2023 to January 2024 I thought its was great I was so happy with the service right no we had a rain storm in La Habra Heights, so I call Viasat I was promised by them oh do not worry Mr.Katonak we will fix all your issues no couldn't do it Viasat techs call me and said we do not fix internet services in the rain look like customer service lied to you so I call them to cancel the service here's the problem today Pissed Consumer they charged me 488$ the took this money to an collect company I refused to pay it I want Pissed Consumer to help me get an refund
