Viasat - Poor customer service
We were forced into a 2-year contract with Viasat. When the new equipment arrived, we found it did not work as advertised.
We tried to resolve this problem over the phone but got nowhere. Now we cannot get out of our contract and have nowhere to go with our defective apparatus. This is a dangerous company and nobody should have anything to do with them.
Viasat has been operating in Europe ( where we live) for some time as a Swedish company, but they were recently bought out by an American firm. The customer care seems to have diminished to nothing: long waits on the phone, rude personnel, and an inability to tell us when they will send a specialist to repair our box.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $240.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
