Hello, on April 11th I logged onto and made my monthly payment as I always do and an hour I received a low balance alert from my bank and when I logged into my bank sure enough I found 3 separate, consecutive charges of $110.60 with only one of them being authorized. In the 4 days since that took place Ive spent well over 4 hrs on the phone with your service reps whove all provided me with different excuses and yet none could do what should be done and REFUND THE EXCESS PAYMENTS telling me instead that it will take 5-7 for someone with the authority to refund me my money just to get back to me and probably 10-14 for the refund their after, and this is during a pandemic where I dont have the luxury to let you guys just hold onto $250 of mine that wasnt even something of my doing.

I need someone to contact me please regarding this matter ASAP. Ill leave my accnt info below, thanks.

User's recommendation: The absolute, and let me emphasize, ABSOLUTE WORST customer service/customer care experience I’ve had my entire life, that applies to in person and online interactions. It’s closing on 3 weeks since they made their unauthorized, errant deductions from my bank account and I’ve yet to be ALLOWED, you read that right, ALLOWED to speak with any form of management and spend erroneous amounts of time daily arguing/attempting to decipher what their overseas, outsourced phone reps so my expectations of a timely, hassle free resolution have dimmed. I leave you with this, if i were approached by the devil tomorrow asking for a recommendation of a good satellite IP, I’d send him to Hughes Net because NOBODY deserves the customer service I’ve received over the last 18 months.

Monetary Loss: $221.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Viasat Cons: Lack of reliability, Refund policy, Terrible speeds.
