Viasat - Horrible customer service
Paid my bill online and they took a double payment out on January 23rd. It's January 26th and I just realized what they had done.
I called customer service and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to put the money back into my account. It obviously didn't take 3 to 5 business days to take the money out. That was all the money I had to feed my children!!! When I talked to the supervisor she was extremely rude.
She was not in the least bit helpful and acted like having to help me with an issue was an annoyance to her.
I've never experienced a worse customer service call than that of Viasat today. She was absolutely horrible and it was obvious she could care less about the mistake THEY had made.

I had the same problem and then had to wait 4 weeks for them to issue me a check. They can take it out online, but not put it back online.
