I let them up my installation date (because they were backlogged and I was trying to do them a favor) although I can't use until I get my own router (now they tell me). And the installer was selling routers for $80.00.

But you can bet your sweet *** they are already billing me. Rip off! Would never if I hadn't already committed to TWO fricking years. Calling customer service was like talking to a rock.

$50 per month for what? Are you kidding me.

Damn, I could kick myself for not researching this company more. Please do your research BEFORE signing with Via Sat, Excede.
