I was tricked into changing from my original Exede to the Liberty Pass plan. This is the worst experience of my life.
I have had nothing but speed issues since changing. If I could go back to the original, I would. Even when I was throttled back on my old service, I never had any problems with video/audio streaming. Now as soon as I hit Liberty Pass my speed drops to .1(notice the decimal point).
There excuse is that the slower speed can be expected. What a ripoff!!! I have less than a year left on this 2 year upgrade contract then I'm gone. Exede has changed out all my new 30 day old equipment but nothing has changed.
I complain constantly just to keep activity on my account and a record of all my issues.
This seems not to bother them. I told the last CS rep I was guiding everyone away from Exede.
Product or Service Mentioned: Viasat Internet Service.
