Called to have internet disconnected in five days I just assumed I needed to give them a few days notice. I told him the day I wanted it disconnected and he said he would be sending a box for me to send the modem back in.
Before we hung up he said your internet is disconnected today and I said no I want it disconnected and I gave him the date and he said it is to late for that you should have said that when you first called. I said I did he said no you didn't. I told him I was not going to argue with him that I had had this service for two years and always pay my bill and what is the problem.
I could not reason with him and I said just do what you have to do. I thought the customer was always right.
