We've had Viasat service for 3-4 months. We were promised better streaming, better data access, just all around a better deal.

We have had terrible service since day one, and ran out of our allotted data plan before the first two weeks were up. You don't lose service, just get moved to the bottom of the data filter or something, so that service sucks even more. I upped our package to the midline service. Once again, we're out of our allotted data within 2 weeks.

With our previous service provider, we never had this problem. So, on month 3 - I up the plan again , now paying $150 a month plus all their fees making my bill over $180. Our service is still bad. E-mails barely open, the program is just not good for the area we live in.

I've been on the phone for about 45 minutes today, trying to explain this to the technician. He offered me a $30 a month discount to pacify me. Why TH would I accept this, when I still have *** service??

Terribly disappointed in VIASAT. We were promised excellent service, but certainly not getting it.

User's recommendation: Don't sign up for VIASAT!

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Early termination.
