CANCELLED SERVICE ON 3-31-2019 DUE TO A CONTRACT CHANGE ON VIASAT PART. VIASAT OFFERED ME THE OPTION TO OPT OUT OF THERE SERVICE AT NO CHARGE. IT IS UNUSEABLE DUE TO THE LACK OF SPEED DOWNLOADING. I REPORTED TO MY CREDITCOMPANY THAT VIASAT FRAUDENTALLY TOOK OUT $282.99 FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER MY CANCELLATION DATE AND I DONT HAVE AN ITEMISED JUSTIFICATION AND IN THERE LETTER TO ME THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE. AS TO HOW VIASAT CAME UP WITH THE FIGURE OF $282.99 WHEN THE MONTHLY BILL FOR 4-1-2019 HAD I CONTINUED SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN $158.99 FOR APRIL I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT I BOUGHT THE EQUIPMENT OUTRIGHT(IT WASN'T LEASED). Viasat commercials are so irritating, I would not buy their product at all. I would not want it if it were given to me free of charge.

They must really need to business to keep repeating these obnoxious commercials. Very obnoxious.

What is wrong with a business that would keep doing that? There has to be something not normal about this.

Totally agree....I can't believe they charge what they do for such poor service speed. I can't use my Direct TV features....says my internet service is too slow.

I was told that it would be faster than comcast, which I had before. Totally a rip off.

I am doing an early termination. I refuse to pay for such poor service another year.And, if there is a class action suit I would be more than happy to sign on to that.

We've been with Viasat business for two weeks and are very disappointed with the speed. Not as promised at all. We can do no streaming or uploads after 3 pm CST.
