Viasat - Worst customer service!

Details
Internet went out Thursday night. They don't open until 8 the next morning. When I called to get a technician to come out they wouldn't schedule me until Monday. I scheduled it for between 8-11 Monday morning. I get a call at almost 9 cancelling the appointment until 12-2 because of their drive. Terrible customer service!!! And I pay all the extras and don't even have internet to use!!! Never would recommend and will cancel.

I cancel 2 weeks of having the internet.. is very slow.

They lie about the price. They say i was paying for 2 years $69, well they took out from the card $91 before the month. Then since i disconnect the service $324. (I did made a contract for 2 years for $69) not $110.

In which the bill was going to go higher.. this company is a scam. And they want to charge me $300 if the. Equipment is not there on time.

I gave them no permission to use my card. They did!! Viasat is a full rip off!!!

Do not get it!!! They will use your card without permission!!!!

I have contacted them 8 to 10 times they keep telling me that they have network problems and they want to charge me for diconect i have not had it a month only about 4 days of service

Viasat - Scam Artists, Money Hungry, Stay Away!

Horrible service. Lied to me. Scammed me. Didn't even tell me about the amount I owed when they set it up. Then cut it off and made me use all my data on my phone without even knowing service was off! I only had it connected for three weeks! Not even that! And corporate was no help or willing to budge. Biggest scam and worst internet company to choose from! Stay far far away! Your money will be taken otherwise! Just a fair warning.

WELL ....I am in the process of getting it installed right now, as we speak, and i hope i don't join the horror show on here with all the complaints. Its bar far NOT cheap.....but there are only two options, and hughes net, has worse reviews.

I decided to take the leap and go with the lesser of two evils. Iwill update you as soon as I give it some time.One thing i would like to mention, is that "basic installation means just that, i found out.

The installer wanted to drill *** right through my bedroom wall and the modem would be right there, I declined, and made him run it through my attic, whiz costs "EXTRA", AND THE POLE FOR THE DISH, WAS "EXTRA TOO", so onto of the already high price for internet, got to be $100.00 more...and its not even turned on yet. Ihope this isn't the sign of whats to come......
